All NNCC Practice Exams are copyrighted, protected by intellectual property rights, and the sole property of the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission. Subject to your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in this End User Agreement, the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission grants to you a personal non-exclusive and non-transferable right to enter and use the Practice Exam for your own personal and private use and not for any other purpose including, without limitation, any act of electronic or physical distribution, making available, performance or broadcast, or any act of sharing.
You may not copy or reproduce any portion of the Practice Exam. You may not distribute, share, transfer, sell, lease, or rent any of the Practice Exam to any other person, in whole or in part. You may not change, alter, modify or create derivative works, enhancements, extensions or add-ons of the Practice Exam. You will at all times comply with and will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent, any of the restrictions on use set forth in this agreement.
Limitations of Liabilities and Remedies
In no event shall Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of this End User Agreement or the rights it grants, or any use of or the inability to use the practice exam even if the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever, the entire liability of the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission under the provision of this End User Agreement and your exclusive remedy hereunder shall be limited to receiving an additional entry to use the Practice Exam at no additional cost.
Warranty
The Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission disclaims any warranties regarding the Practice Exam, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of effectiveness, completeness, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose. The examinee should note that performance on the practice exam does not guarantee a similar performance on the certification exam. A passing score on the actual certification exam is required to attain official certification.
By clicking on the "I Have Read and Accept the Terms" button on the Instructions page, you will indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions, at which point this Agreement will become legally binding between you and the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission.
