    The Certified Dialysis - LPN (CD-LPN) and Certified Dialysis - LVN (CD-LVN) credentials recertify every three years.

  • CCHT-A

    CCHT-A

    The Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician - Advanced (CCHT-A) credential recertifies every three years.

    The Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) credential recertifies every three years.
